Mr. Tighe is the Chief Executive Officer of Tailored Brands. He served as President of Tailored Brands, from March 2022 to August 2025. Mr. Tighe served as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Customer Officer beginning in May 2021. He serves on Tailored Brands’ Community Giving Advisory Group, where he has been instrumental in the launch of the Company’s successful Threads of Valor™ Veterans initiative that launched in 2022, which has raised more than $12M for Veteran causes.

Since 2015, Mr. Tighe has served on the After-School All-Stars (ASAS) National Board. In 2017, he was appointed to the Fashion Scholarship Fund (FSF) Board of Governors, served as Board President from April 2023 to March 2025, and then was appointed Board Chairman in March 2025.

Prior to joining Tailored Brands, he served as President for Peerless Clothing. Mr. Tighe was formerly with JCPenney, where he held numerous leadership roles across several divisions, including Chief Merchant and Executive Vice President. Mr. Tighe began his progressive management career with May Department Stores and held professional positions with Filene’s in Boston and Meier & Frank. He has a bachelor’s in business from UMass Amherst.

Mr. Alexander serves as Tailored Brands’ Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer.

Since 2018, Mr. Alexander has served on the Board of Advisors for the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. With a commitment to supporting youth and education, he has also previously served for the YMCA of the North, Children’s Theater Company in Minneapolis as well as Chairing the Children’s Cancer Research Fund Annual Dream Gala.

Prior to joining Tailored Brands in 2025, Mr. Alexander most recently was a partner at McKinsey & Company, advising consumer companies primarily on growth transformation topics. He previously was with Best Buy, where he held several roles including Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to that, his career path included serving in various leadership roles with Target Corporation and McKinsey & Company.

Mr. Baughn serves as Tailored Brands’ Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer.

Prior to joining Tailored Brands in 2025, Mr. Baughn most recently was the EVP and Chief Financial Officer for Foot Locker, Inc., where he led the global financial activities for the organization inclusive of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax, Investor Relations, Capital Allocation, Risk Management, Loss Prevention, Internal Audit and the Operational and Banner finance functions.

He previously was with Kohl’s Corporation as EVP of Finance & Corporate Treasurer, following progressive roles in FP&A, Sales Analysis, Business Unit Finance and Treasury. He began his professional career in Cardinal Health’s Financial Development program.

Mr. Bragg serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer, a position which he was promoted to in 2016 after 25 years with Tailored Brands. Mr. Bragg joined the Company in June 1991 and held positions of increasing responsibility in distribution, buying, and operations over the next decade before assuming the role of Vice President, Distribution in October 2005. From April 2007 to February 2011, Mr. Bragg served as SVP, Tuxedo Distribution. In March 2011, he was named Executive Vice President, Distribution.

Since 2015, Mr. Bragg has served on the Executive Board of Advisors at project44, a leading supply chain visibility platform. Mr. Bragg sponsored the launch of Tailored Brands’ Vendor and Supplier Diversity initiative in 2021. Since 2023, he also has served on the Retail Advisory Board of Blue Yonder, an end-to-end enterprise resource planning and supply chain solution. In addition, he was appointed to the University of Houston’s Supply Chain and Logistics Technology Industry Advisory Board in 2023.

Ms. Chu is the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Tailored Brands.

Since 2020, Ms. Chu has served on the Board of Directors of DirectWomen, a national nonprofit that works to increase the representation of women lawyers on corporate boards. Ms. Chu is an executive co-sponsor of Tailored Brands Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi Alliance (APIDA) Employee Resource Group.

Prior to joining Tailored Brands in December 2022, she most recently served as EVP, CLO of Equinox Group LLC, overseeing legal, environmental, social, and governance (ESG), and government affairs for the portfolio of brands, including Equinox Fitness, Equinox Hotels, SoulCycle, Blink Fitness, and Pure Yoga. Ms. Chu was formerly with Ralph Lauren Corporation, where she held numerous leadership roles, including SVP and Associate General Counsel, where she was the primary advisor to the Ralph Lauren Board of Directors on corporate governance and global regulatory compliance. Ms. Chu also worked as an attorney at the law firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she executed complex corporate transactions for private equity firms, investment banks, public and private companies in various sectors, and nonprofit organizations.

Ms. Gray is Tailored Brands’ Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer. She served as Chief Stores Officer from May 2021 until November 2025. Ms. Gray is the executive sponsor of the Company’s Women in Network (WIN) Employee Resource Group.

Prior to joining Tailored Brands in May 2021, she served as VP and GM of North American Factory Stores at Nike, where she held additional leadership roles, including VP and GM of Nike Direct Retail – Asia-Pacific and Latin America, and VP – Global Store Operations. She began her career at Gap Inc.

Mr. Ricci is the President of K&G. Prior to assuming this role in February 2013, Mr. Ricci held various leadership positions within K&G. He joined the Company in 1999 and assumed the role of Divisional Merchandise Manager, K&G Men’s, in November 2008. From February 2011 to January 2013, he served as VP and General Merchandise Manager – K&G Men’s.

Mr. Ricci is the executive sponsor of Tailored Brands Hispanics Unlimited Group (HUG) Employee Resource Group.

Prior to joining Tailored Brands, he spent seven years at Macy’s, serving in various buying positions.

Mr. Smith is Tailored Brands’ Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources (HR) Officer. He is also the executive sponsor of Tailored Brands’ Tailored Together Council and serves on Tailored Brands’ Community Giving Advisory Group.

Since 2023, Mr. Smith has served on the Board of Directors of Hire Heroes USA. His appointment follows the Company’s recent contribution to Hire Heroes USA with the “Threads of Valor” campaign and marks the Company’s six-year partnership with the organization. In addition, he serves as a Senior Fellow of The Sierra Institute – an invitation only community of senior Human Resources leaders.

Prior to joining Tailored Brands in March 2020, he most recently served as GVP, Associate Services for The Coca-Cola Company and previously as Head of Human Resources, Global Corporate Center, Shared Services and Commercial Products Supply, VP, Human Resources, North America Business Integration, and VP, Human Resources, Brazil Division. Prior to Coca-Cola, Mr. Smith worked for the Harland Company where he held senior HR leadership positions in their manufacturing and start-up software businesses.

Mr. Vifquain is Tailored Brands’ Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Vifquain is an executive co-sponsor of Tailored Brands Asian, Pacific Islander, Desi Alliance (APIDA) Employee Resource Group.

Mr. Vifquain was a founding board member of the MKE Tech Hub Coalition, an organization focused on developing tech talent in the Milwaukee area. Since 2019, he has served on the Board of Family Service of Waukesha, a nonprofit provider of mental health services. Since 2022, Mr. Vifquain has served on the Board of Directors of Codeworks LLC.

Prior to joining Tailored Brands in September 2021, he most recently served as SVP, Technology for Kohl’s and previously as VP, Supply Chain Technology. Mr. Vifquain began his career with Kurt Salmon Associates (now a part of Accenture).

Mr. Sachse was appointed as Executive Chairman of the Tailored Brands Board of Directors effective August 2025. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in March of 2021 and served as interim Co-CEO, alongside Bob Hull, from March of 2021 through March of 2022, and then served as Co-CEO from March 2022 to January 2024. He took sole ownership of the role of CEO in February 2024 until August 2025.

In addition to these roles, he has served as Director at the Sachse Family Fund, an early-stage investor in digital startups, since 2017.

Mr. Sachse served Citi Trends in multiple capacities from 2019 until 2025, including as Interim Chief Executive Officer, Executive Chairman of the Board and as the Chairman of the Board. He has also served as a Director of Mattress Firm and Compensation Committee Chair since 2019 and previously served as Director of XO Group Inc. from 2010 until 2018 and from 2006 through 2007, and as an observer to the board from 2007 to 2010.

In addition, Mr. Sachse has been an active advisor in the nonprofit sector. From 2008 until 2022, he served on the Board of Governors of the Fashion Scholarship Fund (FSF) and was President of the Board from 2015 to 2016.

Mr. Sachse spent 34 years in various positions at Macy’s, Inc., including Chief Growth Officer, Chief Innovation and Business Development Officer, CSO, CMO, and Chairman and CEO of macys.com. Mr. Sachse also served previously as a Member of the Board of Directors for Charitybuzz, LLC. He was also a member (various boards) of CEO Search, Director Search, Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Governance Committees. Prior to serving in these roles, Mr. Sachse was President and Chief Operating Officer of The Bon Marché, a department store chain launched in Seattle.

Mr. Bird has served as a Board director since February 2025.

He is also on the boards of TileBar, A Parent Media Company Inc., and the Larry H. Miller Company, where he serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr. Bird also serves on the National Advisory Committee for the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University and is a member of the Ownership Advisory Group of the NHL Dallas Stars.

Mr. Bird has been a business leader in the consumer sector for more than 35 years. He most recently served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for At Home Group Inc., an industry-leading home decor retailer, where he led the company’s successful IPO in 2016 and take-private transaction in 2021. Prior to At Home, Mr. Bird served as Managing Director/Consumer Practice Leader of The Gores Group, a global private equity firm, Group President of Nike Affiliates for Nike Inc., Chief Operating Officer of Gap, and Chief Financial Officer of Old Navy. Before his consumer and retail career, he held various strategic and financial leadership roles at Gateway, Inc., Honeywell/AlliedSignal, Inc., and Ford Motor Company. He started his career as an Assistant Vice President & Commercial Loan Officer for BayBanks, Inc.

In addition, Mr. Bird previously served as a Trustee on the Committee for Economic Development of the Conference Board, on the CEO Council of the Retail Industry Leaders Association, and as a Trustee of Ithaca College.

Mr. Lavelle has served as a Board director since July 2024 and was appointed Chair of the Compensation and Organizational Development Committee effective May 2025.

Mr. Lavelle is a Managing Director at Silver Point Capital, a global multi-strategy credit platform with greater than $30Bn in assets under management. As an investment professional at Silver Point Capital, Mr. Lavelle has served as an active director for a range of public and private companies, including Arclin Cayman Holdings, Codere, Rotech Healthcare Holdings, Studio City International Holdings, Transtar Holding Co, Trident Holding Company and other. During his tenure on these Boards, Mr. Lavelle has served as a member or chairman of numerous Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.

Additionally, Mr. Lavelle has experience as an entrepreneur and prior to joining Silver Point Capital, began his career in investment banking at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Mr. Mahoney was appointed to the Board in 2021 and previously served as the Chairman of the Board in 2025. He has served as Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee since March 2021.

Mr. Mahoney is a private investor who, over the past 14 years, has served as an active director for a range of public and private companies, including Aptiv plc (S&P 500), Pepco Group Limited, iHeartMedia Inc. (NASDAQ), Howmet Aerospace/Arconic/Alcoa (S&P 500), post-bankruptcy Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc., and Formula One Holdings. During his tenure on these Boards, Mr. Mahoney has served as Board Chairman (LBHI), Finance Committee Chairman (Aptiv/Arconic/Howmet), and Member (various Boards) of CEO Search, CFO Search, Director Search, Audit, Compensation, and Nominating and Governance Committees. Mr. Mahoney has also been active as a private-equity investor in, and/or advisor to, a number of early-stage and small-cap private companies across various sectors, including healthcare, technology, consumer, and hospitality.

Previously, Mr. Mahoney spent two decades in investment banking, primarily at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he was a partner and head of the Financial Sponsors Group.

Ms. Rosen has served as a Board director since March 2025.

She is also a Board Member at Ruling Our eXperiences Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focusing on delivering evidence-based programs in schools nationwide and equipping adults to better support and empower girls.

Ms. Rosen’s career spans more than three decades, during which she has held leadership roles at some of the most recognizable specialty retail brands. She most recently served as President of Bath & Body Works, where she had full oversight of all retail, DTC, and international operations. Prior to that, Ms. Rosen was the President of Ann Inc. at Ascena Retail Group Inc. from 2016 to 2020. Ms. Rosen also held various leadership roles at The Gap, Inc., where she began her retail career. During her tenure as EVP of North America at Banana Republic / Gap Inc., she had P&L responsibility for the $2 billion business and was responsible for merchandising, inventory, global product development and assortments, and online exclusives. Her early career included roles as a Production Assistant at Adrienne Vittadini and Assistant Fashion Editor at The Washington Post.

Additionally, as a consultant, Ms. Rosen has advised leading fashion and retail brands, including Chrome Hearts, Rosewood Capital, Theory, Bare Essentials, and Nike. Throughout her career, she has provided leadership and strategic direction to drive growth through new business development, management, merchandising, product development, sales, and marketing.
